Kim Hoa Resort, Phu Quoc

While the location of the resort is central and convenient, my stay was marred by numerous issues including cleanliness and ongoing construction noise. The staff were helpful at times, and there were a few good dining options, but overall, the experience was less than ideal due to the lack of attention to detail and comfort.

The resort offers a lovely private beach and is conveniently located within walking distance to the night market. Our family room was comfortable but a bit cramped, with a few maintenance issues we encountered. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast selection was impressive. However, the ongoing renovations and mosquito problems detracted from our experience, along with some service coordination hiccups during check-out.

This hotel has a great central location with plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice pool area. While the beach in front of the resort has its charm, it's quite small and often in the shade. The rooms were spacious but lacked cleanliness, and the service at the restaurant was hit or miss. Overall, there are certainly pros and cons, but it's hard to ignore the low value for money considering the upkeep issues.
